Any items can be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund (excluding cost of delivery: £9.99 for UK, varies for international) , with exceptions listed below. We recommend posting the item to us by insured delivery such as Royal mail special next day delivery. We do not pay the return delivery cost.

Please notify us within 10 days of receiving the item of your intention to return via email.

All documentation including diamond certificate should be returned.

The item to be returned should be returned in its original box and in a pristine condition.

The item to be returned should be unworn.

An exchange of item with same or higher value is possible in most cases. This is at discretion of Bronze Jewellers ltd.

Following are not eligible for refund:
-A bespoke piece made specially. A piece of jewellery that you have commissioned us to make and in respect of which you have accepted the bespoke designs 

-Damaged or worn out items.

-Sale items except from ready stock list. Exchange is possible in most cases.
-Ladies diamond or gemstone ring made bespoke in finger size N1/2 or above.
-Any item which is engraved, or a special customer feature added.
-Rings that have been resized, custom engraved, or previously exchanged.
